Welcome to my page on the recently retired Anke Huber of Germany. Anke retired on 31st October 2001 in Munich, Germany after her loss to Justine Henin of Belgium in the first round. She had announced orignally in July 2001 that she would retire after the Australian Open 2002 but changed her mind after liking the idea of retiring in the year-end championships in her home country. She will be missed. I am keeping this page open and all is kept how it is was when she was orignally playing. Soon I will adding photos and videos to the multimedia gallery, if you have anything that you would like added to this page e-mail me webmaster@ankehuber.net |
